It’s where I can be myself.
Here at WGE we are an active bunch. There is always a club, sporting activity or social event to join and we encourage all our employees to be themselves and bring their full personality to work. WGE supports employees in many activities, whether it be the Rottnest Island swim, forming a band or a 245km cycle. Our Board of Directors even challenged themselves with a ten day trek through the jungles of North Borneo, culminating in a night time ascent of Mt Kinabalu.
We aim to create a culture where there is a true sense of people wanting to be more than just work colleagues.
