Wood & Grieve boost structural team with senior hire

Wood & Grieve Engineers (WGE) is pleased to announce the hire of Senior Structural Project Engineer, Alasdair MacKerron, to the firm’s Perth structural team.

Alasdair’s appointment is in direct response to the continued growth in the Perth property market and the growing demand for experienced structural professionals, with international capabilities and knowledge. Alasdair’s focus is on the creative design process, aiming to help architects earlier in the project to save time and money. He has experience across all sectors with a major focus on education, residential, commercial and hospitality.

Wood & Grieve Engineers (WGE) is delighted to have worked with project managers Charter Keck Cramer (Charter), developer SC Land and architects Woods Marsh to provide mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, lifts, and sustainability services on the 30 Esplanade project.

30 Esplanade incorporates design elements which create private but light-filled living areas that are sure to delight the most discerning of residents, including features by a master glassmaker. The residential development is currently half way through construction, due for completion in October 2015.
