The Quays, Docklands, wins Marion Mahony Award and more
We would like to congratulate MAB and McBride Charles Ryan on winning not only the Marion Mahony Award for Interior Architecture and the Residential Architecture at the 2014 Victorian Architecture Awards but also the Grand Prix Award at the 2014 Dulux Colour Awards ceremony for The Quays project. The Quays is a mixed-use residential high rise and is latest premium residential addition to NewQuay – Melbourne’s Docklands Precinct. Consisting of two residential towers, podium car parking, ground level retail shopping and a host of owner/occupier communal space amenities, The Quays promises inspired harbour living.
