Michael is the Hydraulic and Wet Fire Services Section Manager for the Brisbane Office. He started his career in 1990 and has gained a diverse and extensive portfolio of projects in the retail, health, residential, commercial, industrial education and defence sectors. Cost effectiveness is a critical consideration not only in design and execution, but also in problem solving, programming and client service in itself. With my approach, I am able to handle all hydraulic and wet fire consultancy functions, from research and feasibility studies through cost effective design, to commissioning and regulatory authority responsibilities. I also encourage everyone in my team to contribute to the effectiveness of the documentation that is produced. This helps to maintain pride and commitment from employees, which is inevitably transferred to you, our valued Client.
Outside of work
Michael is a keen AFL and NRL follower and supporting live music. He enjoys travelling with his family to city and country destination but is most happy when there are bush walking tracks or swimming holes to explore. As well as supporting charities including UNICEF and Surf Life Saving Queensland, Michael would one day like to set up his own charity.
