
Property Industry Foundation (PIF) has partnered with a consortium of consultants and suppliers to help build Melbourne City Mission’s $8 million Frontyard Youth Services redevelopment.
The project will transform Frontyard – Victoria’s largest early intervention and crisis service for homeless and at risk youths – into a space capable of offering 24/7 support, including two floors of crisis accommodation and onsite mental health, drug and alcohol, and disability expertise.
Consultant teams offering their services pro-bono include Ashurst, Case Meallin, Slattery, Urbis, Wood & Grieve Engineers now part of Stantec, Hendry, Equitable Access Solutions, Irwinconsult, Built and Norman Disney & Young.
A number of suppliers are also dedicating fittings and other materials to the project, including Harvey Norman, Highbury Plumbing and Haydens Ceiling.
