Residents can now call The Quay Haymarket home, as practical completion is achieved on the 4 Star Green Star Design Certified residential haven in the heart of Sydney’s Chinatown.
The development, designed by architects WMK and constructed by Parkview Constructions, includes high levels of environmental performance consistent with Australian best-practice standards for multi-unit residential design. The project has been designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and potable water demand via the inclusion of numerous best practice sustainability initiatives.
Wood & Grieve’s sustainability team in Sydney is proud to have led a successful collaboration in delivering the Round 1 submission which resulted in The Quay Haymarket’s Green Star Design certification.
