The development is a 12-storey, 27,000m2 A-Grade office building completed in 2018 in the City of Parramatta to house the Department of Education. WGE lifted the tender 5 Star Green Star pathway up to achieve a 6 Star Green Star outcome at a neutral cost to the strategy proposed by the building owner’s consultant. This was achieved through finding opportunities and innovations in areas that had previously been overlooked and finding greater reward for the design efforts of the team.
