The development comprises:
- Two levels of car parking which are independently accessed from Bennett Street and Bronte Street
- Six levels of apartments comprising a mix of one and two-bed units
- Roof level gym and outdoor entertainment space
Project features:
- High level of in computer co-ordination
- One of the first projects fully undertaken in Revit at WGE
- Hydraulic, mechanical and electrical services were co-ordinated to within 20mm in model and built to extremely tight tolerances
- Sewer easement that was running through the middle of the site had to be re-laid in order to accommodate the building
