Located in WA’s beachside suburb of Swanbourne, this four-storey luxury residential development comprises of 156 apartments, resort-style facilities including an infinity pool, professional gymnasium, private dining rooms and residents’ lounges, as well as a two-level underground carpark.
The building comprises of a common podium which includes a suspended Balinese-style garden, decking and the infinity pool, whose structure was isolated on vibration control spring mounts to minimise impact on apartments below.
