This project comprised of a bespoke fitout to reflect the company culture and demonstrate their core business. WGE provided design to refurbish the existing building to a highly detailed industrial finish.

Design features include:

• Exposed concrete structure and retaining and exposing existing services
• Coordination of designs to ensure a coherent visual style
• Incorporating high load areas for meetings and training without affecting the building facade
• Bicycle storage, open-plan kitchen and in-house bar

In December 2015, the Built office fitout was recognised at the Design Institute Australia (DIA) Awards, WA Chapter:

• Commendation for Lighting solutions
• Award of Merit for Interior Spaces – Corporate
• The Best in State Award (Given to the project deemed the most outstanding across all professional award categories)
