The project involved construction of a new Preparatory School at Guildford Grammar in Perth. The new build includes a series of individual buildings with flexible learning spaces linked by courtyards, play spaces and learning breakout spaces.

Sustainable initiatives include:

• Active and passive sustainable design strategies to minimise embodied carbon and energy use
• Design for natural light and ventilation
• Water harvesting and solar energy contribute to environmental awareness and energy efficiency
• Natural and man-made water courses, provide a connection to the wetland ecosystem, facilitating teaching and learning about the site and its ecology
