This project involved a new 30,000m2 NLA building over nine levels to accommodate the Ministry of Health. The building will be delivered as a complete integrated fitout, featuring the following:
WGE were responsible for a number of services for both the base build and integrated fitout. The building’s end of trip facilities were developed to meet strict requirements from all parties. To meet the AS1812, PCA A-grade, Green Star requirements, DCP requirements and tenant expectations – a series of discussions and workshops were undertaken.
