This project involved the expansion of the existing Hollywood Private Hospital, with a five-storey building including additional operating theatres, holding area, recovery, staff area and new kitchen area.

WGE provided engineering services including:

Upgrade to entire fire ring main
Central hot water plant with warm water loops
Siphonic stormwater disposal
Section J compliance
Fire hydrant and hose reel system
Fire detection and EWIS
New mechanical plant including air handling units, hot water heaters and exhaust fans
Additional plant including air cooled chillers, smoke and kitchen exhausts located on the plantroom roof
