The project involved the construction of a luxury hotel and swimming pool, restaurant and functions centre at the existing Willow Creek Winery.

Working within a functioning winery and heritage house throughout the construction process proved challenging sensitive construction practices were required to ensure there was no damage to the vines and heritage requirements were met. Existing infrastructure was limited on the site so a very detailed and efficient design was required to ensure the operational requirements of the development were met for all services and particular focus was given to the water reuse on the site and improving the quality of the site in all respects with the new built form.
