The proposed development comprises a new three storey multi residential retirement facility consisting of 40 apartments, common areas and external bowling green. WGE were appointed to undertake all design and construction-phase engineering services.

Project features:

Self-spanning deep beam walls used to eliminate transfer beams and minimise basement excavation
Single basement with high water table
Post-tensioned slabs to maximise spans and provide maximum spatial flexibility
