WGE were appointed by Oracle Building Corporation to undertake the construction design of a 35 double-storey unit development at Keidges Road, Bellbird Park. This also included providing street and pathway lighting along nearby Centre Street.

WGE provided a variety of services, including civil, electrical, hydraulic and underground power design.

As part of the residential development, WGE’s services included:

Earthworks and retaining walls
Roadworks, including Centre Street construction
Stormwater, including attenuation
Sewer and water connections
Flood study
Electrical and telecommunications site reticulation to all units, including main switchboard, pillars, conduit/pits and draw wires
