This project comprises of a tavern located in KS3 building at the Kings Square Precinct. WGE lead services co-ordination, including co-ordination with specialist consultants.

Project challenges:

Extending the mezzanine level within a operational building
Interface with base building systems was made more difficult due to the facility operating at different hours to the office building where central plant is located
