WGE documented for McCullough Robertson’s new tenancy fitout at Levels 32 and 33 of the MLC Centre, Sydney.
This included the introduction of a new interconnecting stair between the levels which required modifications to the services and updates to the floors fire control systems. A key feature of the fitout is the exposed services, which has given the open office area a more spacious industrial feel. Incorporating surface mounted lights around mechanical ductwork on the slab ceiling was a design challenge overcome by the project team.
