This project involves a new pavilion, function room and terrace seating integrated with the refurbished historic social room with its turreted bay window, overlooking the Main Oval. The external cantilevered canopies were a structural feat, as was the compact services strategy. The Melbourne Universities Cricket Club and Blacks and Blues Amateur Football Clubs are very proud of their new clubrooms that have wonderful facilities for players and spectators alike.
