The project comprised of stage 1 redevelopment which consisted of a new building to house Renal Dialysis and Oncology departments. WGE were commissioned by Health Infrastructure to design up to schematic design and ensure the set budget would not be exceeded by the proposed architectural layouts and services installation costs.
WGE were required to document the in-ceiling equipment and services in Revit to ensure coordination with other disciplines. Electrical and mechanical teams worked collaboratively on the design to avoid clashes and provide a streamlined services design.
