One McNab Avenue aims to contribute to the revitalisation of Footscray (Victoria) as part of Grocon’s Footscray Community Activity District development. The project will introduce City West Water and State Trustees to Footscray, by providing a new home for their long term office accommodation needs.

Project features:

• It’s an 18,000 sqm (NLA) PCA A Grade Office Building.
• Targeting a 5 Star Green Star Office Design & As-built rating.
• Targeting a 4.5 Star NABERS Energy (Base Building) and 5 Star NABERS Water rating.
• The building utilises an energy efficient lighting and mechanical services design, including an underfloor air distribution system.

WGE have contributed to the project through their involvement in both the base building and tenancy fit out works (City West Water, Department of Treasury & Finance and State Trustees).
