WGE were engaged for full services for this mixed use development in Cremorne, Sydney. The development comprises an early childhood centre, cafe and a community hub on ground level, with an 18 apartment multi-unit residential development above.
The design is intended to create an inclusive space that supports contemporary modes of living and work and provides a green oasis within a vibrant, urban community. The project is targeting 6 Star Green Star Design and As-Built outcome.
