The project involves construction of a new visitor centre for Phillip Island’s Penguin Parade to replace the existing ageing facilities and provide a world class asset that meets visitor expectations.

The project will provide infrastructure to achieve greater visitor experience and cater for the estimated 100,000 additional annual visitors expected by 2020. The project aims to adopt as many Green Star initiatives as possible and also to achieve zero energy and zero carbon consumption.

Project challenges:
