WGE are working with builder Woollam Constructions and architects Thomson Adsett on the new PresCare residential aged care facility in Townsville. Consisting of 120 beds over four levels, the project will be a state of the art addition to Townsville’s aged care sector.
Woollam Constructions will have an operational responsibility upon completion of the facility and WGE are working to ensure the design solution realises operational savings with respect to energy and maintenance.
