This project involved development of a new residential aged care facility (RACF) on an existing aged care site. The project consisted of providing building services throughout the duration of the project adhering to strict client requirements as outlined in UCA’s design guidelines. Strict site supervision was implemented to ensure the installation met the design intention and client satisfaction.
