The project is a new four-level mixed-used development in Dalkeith comprising of 31 apartments over three floors, with six commercial tenancies on the ground floor and one level of underground car parking. Dalkeith on Waratah presents 31 spacious apartments including nine exceptional third-level penthouses featuring gallery-like mezzanine living areas.
WGE’s structural team worked closely with the architect and builder to come up with a suitable structural solution to achieve the big spans created by the developer and architect.
