This project involved construction of a neighbourhood supermarket with entry mall and nine specialty tenancies and a stand-alone specialty building with an additional five tenancies. WGE were engaged as part of BGC’s team to deliver the project from D&C commission with Fabcot.
This involved preparation of construction documents based on early schematic design from initial design team and developing performance based fire safety design to achieve compliance with the Building Code of Australia. Our electrical services team worked to deliver the Woolworths design to the latest Woolworths design brief, and assisted BGC in managing client-driven design changes throughout construction of the project.
WGE worked closely with BGC during the construction phase to assist with design changes and upgrades to Woolworths requirements, completing the project within a tight timeline.
