Senior additions to WGE’s Property Asset Management team

Wood & Grieve Engineers (WGE) is delighted to welcome two senior engineers to the expanded Property Asset Management (PAM) team in the firm’s Melbourne and Sydney offices. The growth highlights the increasing market focus on improved asset performance, quality and longevity.

Mark Craig, PAM Section Manager, is a key addition to the WGE PAM team having worked in the building services sector as both a consultant and contractor. Mark has extensive experience in auditing and life cycle reporting together with diagnostic and design skills. The appointment of Mark to the Sydney team introduces PAM as a local service to the firms NSW clients, improving our ability to deliver personalised PAM capabilities in NSW.

In Melbourne Senior Engineer Damon Moloney brings his skill and passion for data analytics, energy management and sustainability to the PAM team. In addition to Damon’s solid engineering and reporting experience he offers specific strengths in building tuning, energy consumption, sustainability and Green Star accreditation.

WGE’s PAM team works closely with the firm’s national in-house sustainability and services teams to utilise tested methodology and analysis in order to provide highly personalised advice and readily actioned outcomes for improved asset performance.
