Achieving a 5 star certification using the Green Building Council of Australia’s (GBCA) Public Buildings Pilot Tool, the clubhouse is recognised as being at an “Australian Excellence” standard within the property industry.
WGE were the sustainability, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic consultants for the project. The site tour will show you first hand the implementation of the sustainable features including; solar hot water for the swimming pool, daylight and motion sensors for saving energy, learning resource screen trending energy, gas and water consumption for education building users and much more.
