    Previous Projects

Loddon Prison Expansion. The project consists of the construction of a new 236 bed prison campus including gatehouse/over watch facilities, health building, industries building, administration, accommodation cottages and offender services.

  • Waterford Links. The Links at Waterford is a boutique retirement village consisting of 86 independent living units and a clubhouse. The project involved pit and conduit infrastructure design for both power and communications. The communications system utilizes a convergant system where phone, internet, intercom, MATV and nurse call systems are all transmitted over a fibre optic to the home system.

  • Caulfield Village. Caulfield Village consists of 4 individual precincts. Precinct 1 includes six buildings and approximately 485 basement car parks. The project includes photo voltaic solar arrays on each building and an embedded electrical metering system.

  • 323 LaTrobe St Mixed use development. New 40 story multi-residential building located in the heart of Melbourne consisting of 180 apartments. Big wins on the project include stackable, compact electrical risers, and a bespoke Citipower substation design to reduce its overall footprint.

  • Bendigo Hospital Hotel. The project consists of a 4 story, 136 room hotel modular building located on the Bendigo hospital site. The electrical design included an innovative approach to wiring to allow systems to be connected on site without electrical contractors having to enter any of the apartments decreasing overall time on site.
