Morgan joined WGE in 2004 as an Office Junior in the Perth Office. Progressing through various administrative roles she was promoted to Payroll Officer in 2007 and in 2011 became the Human Resources Manager for WGE. The HR Manager role is varied, it includes Recruitment, Health and Safety and Employee and Industrial Relations among other areas that contribute to the effective management of our core resource – our people.

Outside work Morgan loves spending time with her friends, family and her dog Harry.What will you bring to a project?
I maintain best practice in the Human Resources sphere at WGE with an easy going attitude and personal approachability not often found in a HR manager. My aim is to help create a workplace that will attract, retain and develop a highly skilled, motivated and engaged workforce. I work with senior management to ensure that WGE recruit and retain great employees thus ensuring that the people working on your project are the best there is.Qualification:
