Congratulations to our clients Blackburne Property Group, Peet Limited and BGC Development who were recognised at the recent WA Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Awards for Excellence. The prestigious awards recognise excellence and innovation in the property development industry. WGE is proud to have provided engineering services for two projects that won their respective categories.
Aria Apartments by Blackburne Property Group won the high density development category. The project includes 156 apartments over five levels with an exceptional standard of design and amenity. Judges praised the development’s liveability and sense of community. WGE provided Civil and Structural services on the project.
Invita Apartments Stage 2 by Peet Limited and BGC Development won the medium density development category. This project is a contemporary three-storey building with 46 one and two bedroom apartments. Judges commended the project’s architectural merit and affordability that makes the most of the transit-oriented location. WGE provided a multi-discipline engineering approach for this development.
WGE’s Civil Section Manager Darren Pesich says the awards are testament to the focus and dedication of the entire WGE team in delivering projects to a high standard.
