• Your work environment can facilitate communication and drive engagement. WGE has a uniquely flat management structure to ensure accessibility to senior leaders and a personable company culture. They encourage face-to-face communication and make it easy for employees to directly approach senior leaders- even the CEO sits on the open plan floor.
• Culture and engagement are key to retention. WGE have a strong and unique organisational culture and are dedicated to maintaining it regardless of external challenges.
