WGE’s Antonio LoMonte becomes Hydraulics Section Manager

Wood & Grieve Engineers (WGE) is pleased to announce the promotion of Antonio LoMonte to Hydraulics Section Manager in the Sydney office.

WGE Director Joseph Walsh says that Antonio has provided tireless energy and enthusiasm over the last 10 years with the firm.

“Antonio is a valued team player who has enjoyed a successful career with WGE, becoming a Project Engineer, and then a Principal shareholder,” he said.

“We are very pleased to welcome Antonio to this role during a very exciting time of growth in the Sydney market.”

Antonio said he’s looking forward to leading the section with an innovative and collaborative approach.

“I have been a part of the Hydraulics team in Sydney since the early days so it is an honour to be leading the team,” he said.

“We are looking forward to working with our clients on some of Sydney’s transformational projects in the future.

The WGE Sydney Hydraulics team is one of the largest in Sydney, with over 25 engineers and designers. Recent projects the team have worked on include:

  • HMAS Watson Redevelopment Project, Watsons Bay
  • Sandstone Hotel development _Sydney
  • Opal Tower, Olympic Park

Antonio takes over the role from David Steblina who will be stepping down as Section Manager. David has been fundamental to the growth and success of the Hydraulics team and the Sydney office.
